HOW DOES IT WORK ..
GETTING THE PRODUCTS
CAPTURE, POST-PROCESS
IN DEPTH REVIEW, FINAL DELIVERY
You will send us your new products, samples or demos, or if located in the Greater Midwest or Rockies states we could come to you with our portable studio. All your products will receive white glove treatment, and will be returned to you after the photo session in the same condition as received. We will carefully inspect, clean and prepare the products for the photography and discuss with you requirements and expectations.
We will capture all images based on our agreement and your order. All images will be processed and prepared for review or delivery. Standard product photography is on the white background, upon request we could provide transparencies, black or color backgrounds, studio still life or lifestyle images. We use the latest studio and editing equipment being able to provide final files up to 45 megapixels.
After all studio photography and processing is done you will receive your products back in the same condition we have received it. We will upload all files to the secure server where you can review them, and based on our contract either download them or go through revisions. We deliver hi-res TIFF and JPG files as standard, on demand PNG or other requested format. We do not share RAW files.
